My Thoughts

Looking through this book is what you imagine a candy shop of olden times might have been like with a wide array of yummy looking treats.

It's very visually appealing with appetizing photos, brightly colored charming page borders, items helpful in candy making, troubleshooting sections, general instruction, and recipes.

I found the troubleshooting sections to be a giant confidence booster at the concept of personally making some of the candy featured in the cookbook since they to seem to address all the things that could potentially go wrong (I’m of the forewarned is forearmed type mindset when it comes to attempting something so completely new and foreign to me).

The majority of these recipes are not vegan but many of this majority could be easily veganized. Recommended.
